The CAE Capstone Project is the culminating milestone of your Certified Association Executive (CAE) journey. It is not an exam; it is a rigorous, evidence-based demonstration of your ability to apply the five CSAE Competencies in a real-world setting.

Moving beyond theory, the Capstone challenges you to analyze, document, and defend a real organizational initiative you have led or significantly contributed to within the last 24 months. By submitting authentic artifacts and a structured analytical report, you will prove your readiness to lead at the executive level.
