Association leadership requires insight and data to make educated decisions about the true needs of membership in relation to the strategic plan. This course examines the relationship between associations and their members, the pivotal role of communication, and the rationales for the development and retirement of products and services.  Additionally, this course will examine the concepts of quality, pricing, evaluation,member satisfaction and marketing of products and services. Students will learn about the steps necessary to develop and implement a marketing plan.
